Sunderland author to sign for new children’s Halloween book
Sunderland author and former Echo reporter David Crosby will be at The Bridges shopping center on Wednesday, October 27 to share his spooky new story with young people.
The writer will be at The Bridge’s Halloween Cave, located next to the Hotel Chocolat, to read the book and sign copies from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., then from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
Copies of the book can be purchased in advance at the Waterstones Center branch and must then be brought to the cave to be signed.
Karen Eve, director of The Bridges, expressed her joy that David is joining this year’s Halloween activities.
She commented: “The book of David is fantastic and it has become a big hit with children.

“It’s a great opportunity for people to meet him in person, hear him read the book and also get a personalized signed copy.
